Overview

The floating ball valve is mainly used in middle or low pressure application (below 900LB), and usually got 2pcs or 3 pcs body. Although the structure of this series is simple but the sealing performance is reliable.

    Blow-out proof stem

    For the purpose of preventing the stem from flying off resulting in abnormal rising of the inner pressure of valve,shoulder is fixed at the lower part of the stem. In addition, in order to prevent leakage resulting from burnout of packing set of the stem in a fire,thrust bearing is set at the contact position of the shoulder at lower part of the stem and valve body. Thus an inverse seal seat is formed which will prevent leakage and avoid accident.

    Anti-fire safe design

    In case of fire during the use of valve, the seat ring of non-metal materials part will be damaged under high temperature. When the seat and O-ring are burnt, the seat retainer and body will be sealed by fire safe graphite. 

    Anti-static device

    The ball valve is provided with anti-static structure and adopts the static electricity discharge device to directly form a static channel between the ball and body or form a static channel between the ball and body through the stem, so as to discharge the static electricity produced due to friction during the opening and closing of ball and seat through the pipeline, avoiding fire or explosion that may be caused by static spark and ensuring system safety.

    NSEN strictly follow the free repair, free replacement and free return services within 18 months after the valve is ex-works or 12 months after being installed and used on the pipeline after ex-works (upon which comes first). 

    In the case the valve gets failed due to the quality problem during the use in the pipeline within the quality warranty period, NSEN will provide free quality warranty service. The service shall not be ended until the failure is surely made settled and the valve normally workable as well as the client signs the letter of confirmation.

    After expiration of the said period, NSEN guarantees to provide the users with on-time quality technical services whenever the product needs to be repaired and maintained.
